Rainbow Springs is a great place to golf. There are three golf courses in close proximity. The Rainbow Springs Golf and Country Club is a par 72 Joe Lee designed golf course. This course is unique because it has no water hazards, just lots of sand bunkers. There are four sets of tees. The avid golfer can play from the championship tee (6,686 yards) and beginners can play from the forward tee, which is 5,328 yards. The Rainbow Springs Golf and Country Club is located at 19330 Southwest 83rd Place Road, Dunnellon, FL 34432. Juliette Falls golf course ranks among the best. In January of 2008 Golf Magazine designated Juliette Falls as one of the top ten best new courses in the United States. In 2011 Golf Week Magazine ranked Juliette Falls the 6th best in Florida. Juliette Falls golf course is 7,239-yard, par-72 course with four waterfalls and several elevation changes. The fairways are landscaped with mature pine trees and oaks. The Juliette Falls golf course is located at 17985 SW 64th Place, Dunnellon, FL 34432. The Rainbows End Golf Course is a 9 hole par 36 course with a slope rating of 102 and is 2,883 yards. You do not have to be a member to play this golf course. It has a cluhouse with beer, wine, sandwiches and snacks. It is located at 20650 SW 80th Place Road, 34431 in Dunnellon.
